I have been a Registered General Nurse for over 25 years.I have 10 years experiencing working in a Day Care Hospice which enables me to have a better understanding of end of life care.I have worked for the last 20 years in a care home environment.I have attained a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and completed courses in the care of the terminally ill.I have assisted The Old Vicarage to complete the foundation level in the Gold Standards Framework and we are now working towards accreditation.I attend regular clinical updates to further broaden my knowledge.
