Currently working at Kohl's Department Store in Southern California where I am an Assistant Store Manager. I oversee all store operations and our Children's, Footwear, and Home departments. I enjoy interacting with all of our customers and associates. Even with Covid-19 as an obstacle, myself and our store have found ways to connect and give excellent service to our customers and community. Received my Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Chico in Business Administration with a focus in management. During my final semester at Chico State, juggling two jobs and being a full time student, I was able to make the Dean's Honors List of the College of Business for Spring 2019. Prior to my current job at Kohl's, I served as a Coordinator for the America Reads program for 2 semesters in CAVE, or Community Action Volunteers in Education, where I learn the importance of community, strategic planning, creating resources for staff members to succeed, and community of practice.
