Actively participate in recruiting qualified drivers to maintain a robust candidate pool.Utilizes all necessary internal and external applications, including, but not limited to: Tenstreet, McLeod LME, Facebook, Craigslist, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, & Excel, as well as and other media sources.Pre-qualifies drivers based on the company’s current minimum driver standards, gathers DOT/company required documentation, and handles all preparation for driver orientation including travel, lodging and lunch plans during orientation.Follows departmental guidelines for methods of data input and accuracy.Act as liaison to current drivers for the purpose of escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate manager or department.Proficient user of the Tenstreet recruiting platform - logging new driver phone calls, tracking recruiting metrics
