Through my Creative Group Work Facilitation I am trained to use many techniques of communications verbal and non verbal to negotiate and build repore and trust. These include • Cognitive therapies ‘ABC’ to break down activating events to be less confronting or over dramatised and to turn around situations to have helpful thoughts and feeling less destructive to there wellbeing.• Motivational interviewing or motivational interactions within person centered situations that allow clients to feel issues are non confrontational and can be discussed in a non cohesive manner whilst using active listening skills and reflective summarizing for confirmation of needs and goals. • SMART techniques that encourage working on specific goals, making them measureable and attainable whilst reasonable and within a timeframe that is not within limits• Conflict Resolution through discussions and mediation to break down issues and discuss in a positive manner with productive end results.
