I have first-hand experience of the impact that working long and unpredictable hours has on one's ability to achieve a healthy work/life balance, particularly in an often competitive environment. This would often result in gradual weight gain, lowered self-esteem and loss in confidence. The opportunity to help people to change their lives is why I love my work so much. I provide one-to-one, confidential weight loss support for people who want to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and in a lot of cases, "get their life back", whether that be because of improved health or other reasons.
