Processed, rehoused, arranged, and described physical archival materials following guidelines for handling rare materials. Used research skills to gather and assess information from multiple sources to compose professional-level finding aids. Assisted with receiving and indexing new accessions of materials. Assisted in the cleanup and migration of University collections from Archivists’ ToolKit to ArchivesSpace. Prepared and reviewed finding aids for various University collections compliant with DACS standards. Provided research and reference assistance to students, librarians, professors, and University departments. Arranged new accessions including two family cabinet card albums and a postcard collection from the Victorian Era in Texas.

Assist Dr. Debra Law with History 1320, United States History 1877 – present course. Responsible for monitoring of approximately 102 students during lecture. Handled confidential information such as student ID numbers and grades. Held office hours to provide general support, one-on-one assistance and tutoring for students. Graded all written work and provided up-to-date records within necessary deadlines.

Led restaurant floor staff and was the liaison between chef and management to server staff. Delegated responsibilities as well as distributed large parties to appropriate areas and servers.

Facilitated guided tours and art classes. Assisted Educational Coordinator with nationally honored Screen It! Program, which teaches high-risk children in the Austin community the art of screen and how to profit from creativity. Traveled to schools in the East Austin area to teach art classes for students for community outreach and education program. Improved soft-skills and customer-service relations.

Created training manuals and guidelines, focusing on Point of Sale computer systems. Maintained guest relations and guest recovery. Increased guest volume and restaurant sales during special weekly events. Thrived in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
