• Using proactive & innovative methods to source candidates, of which includes but not limited to LinkedIn, external job board platforms, social network platforms, headhunting, referrals and the implementation of Boolean Strings in searches;• Roles which I have worked on vary in terms of seniority within the fields of IT (CTOs, F5 Engineers, Senior Front End Developers, Digital Directors), Legal (General Counsels, Specialist Lawyers) and Finance (Analysts, Asset Managers, CRMs, Global CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs –Investments) but not limited to other professions; Technical Superintendents, Heads of Private Office, Operational Directors, Procurement Directors, Vehicle Design and R&D Engineers to name a few.• Geographically I have sourced candidates across the UK, New York, Luxembourg, Moscow and Kenya. • Establishing connections through events and corporate engagements; • Reviewing employment applications; interviewing to evaluate work history, skills, competencies, education and training, compensation needs; • Advising candidates regarding their objectives and career goals; • Building good relationships with internal stakeholders; • Communicating with senior management regarding the future recruitment strategies, business development schemes and overall performance; • Creating and placing advertisements to attract top-quality applicants; • Managing simultaneous accounts, from initial client meetings and briefings to on-going candidate and client support.
