Principal Consultant | DEI Advisor - C&S Consulting: Partnering with organizations to create the systemic changes and culture to advance Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (JEDI). As a strategy expert, organizational consultant, and coach I support non-profit organizations in planning for change through building effective practices to ensure long-term sustainability and organizational health. In all of my work, I place equity at the center, working to ensure that stakeholders are engaged in the process.Previously, I managed the VSA Programs at the Kennedy Center, working at the national level designing arts education programs and curriculum for students, K-12, and emerging artists with disabilities. As the recipient of a Cafritz Foundation grant, I created the Community Partnerships program at Washington Latin Public Charter School in Washington, D.C. to connect students and teachers with immersive, hands-on programming tied to school curriculum. While living in Cleveland, I served as Education Director at Dobama Theatre, doubling the resources and expanding the reach of the oldest playwriting festival for students K-12 in the country. As an arts curriculum designer, I have worked with arts-based teaching artists nationally. I am a graduate of Georgetown University’s Strategic Diversity and Inclusion program as well as the Certificate Program in Organizational Consulting and Change Management. I have a Masters in Education from Ursuline College in Lyndhurst, Ohio and a BA, with honors, in English Literature from Case Western Reserve University.I am always happy to share references or to connect with like-minded folks.
