Driving the future of work at Spotify, this work focused on engaging with the whole business in the subsequent phases of the Work from Anywhere strategy. We focused on employee feedback and actions for investing in and improving the workplace, ways of working, tools, and communication - whether working from home or in the office.

I worked across all facets of global workplace services and spaces to create projects that would deliver a great experience in our workplaces post pandemic, focusing on how to measure, collect feedback, and implement improvements. During this period, I continued to drive design of the workplace coordinating with internal employee groups and coordinating external project teams. I represented Spotify publicly on all workplace design matters.

We worked across our global portfolio (comprising 57 offices covering 1.6 million sq ft) in EMEA, JAPAC, and AMER in projects ranging from full Cat A fit-outs in new buildings to the renovation of existing offices.Our team established best practices in all aspects of workplace build projects, improving processes for pre-lease information, internal stakeholder program of requirements, simplifying procurement, and establishing productive retrospective reviews.Aligning design standards, implementing employee change management and standardising documentation practices were central to the project team being able to connect with the business and external consultants to run multiple global projects simultaneously. This role encompassed evaluating and understanding the global real estate portfolio and establish the required business input for future location and capacity planning. I worked closely with HR,workplace operations and finance to identify opportunities for standardisation, improve the workplace experience and optimise space utilisation. Mall of Scandinavia is a large shopping center in Solna, Stockholm, with 101,000 m2 of retail space, 250 shops, restaurants and a cinema with 15 lounges. Mall of Scandinavia was inaugurated in autumn 2015.
