2 days after I graduated high school in 1990 I went to work for a company named Star Knit Wear. We made polo shorts and uniforms. I started off as general labor, then a sewer, moved on to be a utility girl and within a year I was over quality control, 7 years after that I was supervisor over 36 sewers. I stayed here till 2013 when the company moved over seas at this company we were like family and I like to think they taught me some really good work ethics like to learn who you work with because some people take their job personal and some don't , to learn your job then your speed help your co-worker if needed always follow safety regulations focus more on a solution then the problem. I work hard and I don't miss work I will work all the over time offered to me along with weekends and holidays. My strongest quality is leadership and attendance my second is quality control I have. good eye and my weakness is chocolate lol. whenever it come to working learning and striving to move up I don't have a weakness o have motivation and detemimation
