Utilising my 30 years of experience gained in executive management roles in the hospitality and corporate sector, including the ownership of my own Hotel, I am currently the General Manager of The Louise | Barossa Valley. I joined the Baillie Lodge Collection in 2019 as part of the acquisition team with Silky Oaks Lodge. I steered that business through the management of the aquisition, $25M refurbishment and subsequent relaunch in 2021. I relocated to South Australia in early 2023 to take on the role of General Manager of The Louise, Barossa Valley.I love mentoring and empowering individuals and managers to create success within their role. My knowledge pool spans across Hotels, Franchising, Services and Retail industries. I am well versed in project management, business opening execution, operations, financial management, sales and marketing, supplier engagement and human resources. My passion for international travel has led me on many overseas adventures, allowing me to absorb different cultures, food and beverage experiences and provide exposure to a variety of canvases to partake in my other passion….
