Director Of Professional Learning
Current1. Supports the mission and vision of the department 2. Contributes to the mission and vision of the organization 3. Maintains a local active presence in the professional learning community by facilitating networks, communicating through listserves, attending region-wide events within the West40 community 4. Attends statewide opportunities in Director’s absence if she/he is unable to attend 5. Supports efficient and effective operations of the professional learning department through timely communication with districts and the PL team and progress monitoring service delivery in various settings 6. Provides direct Professional learning experiences to West40 districts 7. Provides recommendations towards the success of the Professional Learning department ‘s mission and goals 8. Models, leads, and develops professional learning experiences in West40 9. Maintains ongoing, open communications with the Director of Professional Learning 10. Routinely offers creative/innovative suggestions for growth of position and department 11. Actively seeks input from district leaders on their needs 12. Supports professional learning for the West40 staff 13. Builds, maintains, and fosters strong relationships across the organization 14. Works collaboratively with the PL team to support and monitor the SMART goals identified by the team 15. Willingness to be flexible with work hours according to the needs and demands of district and team responsibilities
