Acting as the first port of call for new business enquiries for estate planning initially and then pension consultations, handling detailed fact finds ahead of 1-2-1 appointments and managing an effective client communication programme. I also played an active role in business development, nurturing B2B relationships for referral purposes and general administration/business support.

Working in an internal call centre, handling inbound and outbound enquiries with senior business professionals to arrange estate planning appointments. Responsible for helping to train new members of staff as well as set up the call centre to an allocated brief and budget.

Joined the business as a telesales representative, soon progressing to Training Manager to help the team develop their sales skills. Was a leading appointment maker, making outbound calls to senior business professionals to secure bespoke appointments with our team of financial advisers.
