• Manage daily operations of Half-Way House• Provide Individual Therapy for clients• Facilitate psycho-educational, coping skills, communication skills, life skills, job skills training, and process groups• Evaluate effectiveness of the Half-Way House program policies identifying areas of needed improvement, and developing plans for improvement• Responsible for conducting intake/assessment process to identify appropriate level of care; assess insurance coverage and ensure all hospital, state and federal consent forms are explained and signed by incoming residents• Responsible for administering all drug tests for incoming and residing clients• Participate in weekly staffing with recovery team assisting/proposing development of client behavioral treatment plans• Team leader for residential service workers• Liaison for community referral resources
