Joining Litigation Management, Inc. in 1993 as a temporary associate, little did I know that just 11 years later I would step into the position as their Chief Operating Officer, adding President to my title 5 years later.★ ★ ★Learning the inner workings of the business, I excelled as a CSR, moved into an operations management role to drive continuous improvement and workflow optimization, and next was tasked with leading the IT team. With my Voice of the Customer and operations acumen, I played an integral role in building our technology infrastructure, establishing compliance and governance protocols, and developing and implementing leading-edge technologies and systems. Following my successes in the IT arena, I was tasked with—and accomplished—the reengineering of operations, relationships, and priorities for the Medical Division.★ ★ ★As mentioned, I became COO in 2004 and began shaping the strategic and profitable growth of the business. Throughout my tenure—again, adding President to my title in 2009—I was instrumental in delivering 10x growth during a major 3-year contract, ramping up operations from 180 to 1,200 FTEs in less than 6 months, and establishing the technology and administrative infrastructure to support a 9-figure project along with our ‘normal’ tens of millions of dollars in contracts.★ ★ ★Perhaps most notably during this time was the ability to ‘stand-up’ a captive talent agency, protecting quality and consistency by forming a large remote work staff across 35+ states, mitigating reputational risks from staffing challenges, and allowing for the ease of contracting and expanding as contracts dictated. In addition, we developed a proprietary system to handle an exceptionally high-velocity workflow—700M+ pages of records and 1M+ claimants and plaintiffs—and ensure total compliance with nonnegotiable privacy and protection requirements.★ ★ ★In addition to driving profitable growth, securing game-changing contracts, and establishing solid and scalable infrastructures and business processes, perhaps I am most proud of the team and culture I have developed. Known as a good listener who builds trust, empowers others, and allows autonomy, I have been recognized for being an empathetic, future-focused, strategic leader. As such, I am confident in my ability to quickly understand a business and how decisions affect internal and external stakeholders, facilitate often challenging discussions to identify opportunities for improvement, and grow a business by putting people first.★ ★ ★
