I am a highly qualified educational leader equipped to provide positive development to a diverse group of learners with a variety of learning needs. With my cumulative expertise, and over 10 years of experience in special education and working with at-risk youth, I have the ability to establish excellent rapport among children and supporting staff members. In addition, I have an extensive background in developing the social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills of all individuals under my leadership. Currently, I am interested in pursuing a career advancement, which will allow me to use my expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies, to provide customers with pedagogical knowledge and training to support and elevate their organization in preparation for 21st century global leadership.
