Leads performance and process improvement initiatives.Coaches teams to change concepts and measurement strategies leading to achievement in improving identified outcomes. Utilizes Performance Improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to achieved sustained process and outcomes improvements. Applies appropriate continuous quality improvement tools.Facilitates the Level Two Reporting for the designated PACE line of business by doing initial screening to determine if initial reporting threshold is met, report appropriately on Level Two events, performing comprehensive investigations and report to appropriate parties. All information related to Level Two events will be tracked in an appropriate database and trended in support of performance improvement and the PACE QAPI.Assists Regional Directors and Managers in training on workflows and quality initiatives as needed.Assists with the initial and annual competencies in collaboration with the Quality and Education department, in order to maintain and improve orientation and education.Supports operation in addressing corrective action plans or other issues that result from surveys or other regulatory bodies.Assists with expansion activities in the areas of clinical workflows and compliance as needed.
