Responsible for NIVEA brand: Selective Channel, Image Pages, Blue Walls, Window branding, Assortment folders, Gifts for vendors▪ Developing, coordinating and executing in-store advertising and visibility programs in line with customer and/or channel marketing plans;▪ Active participation in creation of trade marketing materials for tailor-made promotions;▪ Supporting the communication with marketing agencies and partners, in relation to the ongoing marketing projects;▪ Assisting with the implementation of relevant ideas for displays and POS materials;▪ Working with SAP: PE2, Workflow and PLM;▪ Executing the distribution and on-time delivery of POS materials;

Helping Eucerin brand with certain tasks:▪ Collaborating with digital agency while working over the Facebook page in order to develop consumer`s engagement and raise their loyalty;▪ Keeping up to date local web page;▪ Developing, coordinating and executing POS materials for launch activities;▪ Working with SAP: PE2, Workflow and PLM;

▪ Providing Payroll input data;▪ Administrating the working hours, holiday leaves and absences of all employees;▪ Meeting all health and safety labour requirements and keeping documents up to date;▪ Organizing Sales Conference meetings, other business events, Teambuilding and parties;▪ Working with SAP: PE2 and workflow;▪ Collaborating with BDF employees and external parteners to ensure smooth Office operation and Service delivery;▪ Supporting Beiersdorf Team in ad hoc administrative issues in regards to Company documentation;▪ Supporting the Regional IT manager in his service delivery to employees;

▪ Booking incoming invoices in SAP and AS 400;▪ Managing issues with open overdue invoices with suppliers, payment and AR teams;▪ Taking part in the payment proposal checks during the month;▪ Reviewing the cross-balance check on monthly bases;▪ Preparing daily report for the outstanding invoices; ▪ Updating the FX Rates on daily bases;
