Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) San Diego is a nonprofit medical clinic serving low-income, uninsured residents of San Diego County, California. We care for patients at no charge when they have no other avenue for medical care.We do this by engaging volunteer doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, interpreters, and other community members who have a passion for our mission and demonstrate the culture of caring and kindness on which the VIM Clinic was founded.
