Experienced in all phases of design from conceptual to construction administration in both renovation and new build projects. - Assist in the development and implementation of design strategies- Management of multiple high end condominium new construction, as well as luxury hotel new construction and renovation projects in multiple phases- Function as primary contact for communication between client/hotel operator and studio to ensure timely resolution to client concerns and management of expectations

Experienced in conceptualization, design development, construction documentation, FF&E and finish sourcing and specification for high end hospitality projects including hotels and restaurants.- Spatial planning and programming- Graphic presentation- Coordination with other disciplines and vendors- Multi-tasking in fast-paced, highly collaborative design environment
