She commenced here working alongside franchisees as a mortgage broker. She joined the corporate team in a training role as head of Learning and Development, progressed to Operations Manager and then NSW State Manager before moving over to Real Estate.Sonya worked in the NSW Corporate team as Executive Assistant to the CEO for almost 10 years and has spent the past 3 years working in Ray White Macarthur and Nepean group of offices where she was responsible for recruitment and leading the Nepean offices across, sales, administration and property management. She is now working alongside Rural Real Estate and Livestock agents in NSW. This involves supporting Ray White Principals and their staff to aim high, establish processes, recruit and retain and achieve their goals as well as assisting other business owners and sales people to join the Ray White Family.
