About Sonya Homewood

I spent 34 years in various senior leadership roles within financial services, most recently as a Chief Operating Officer at Royal Sun Alliance. I have significant experience with operations, organisational design, change and transformation and of course working at board level which I still do part time as a board advisor. I left the corporate world to focus on what really drives a business to be successful - the leaders and leadership team capability within an organisation and I now hold a Diploma in Executive Coaching to compliment my vast experience, which enables me to help Executive Leaders and their teams to find solutions to their challenges and problems, be a sounding board and critical friend, support career and personal development. I can also help with Organisational design/structure , Culture change, complete functional healthchecks and create leadership development programmes.
