Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of processes and operational staff. I have led the post-sales processes for new clients, from initial discovery through to pilot and/or successful implementation. Key responsibilities include the establishment of governance framework, analysis and impact assessments in order to document business requirements. Translate complex regulatory concepts into customer and partner language, facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, working with Atlassian/Microsoft platforms to ensure agile delivery methodologies applied.

Successful embedment of Travel@IAG model into Supply Chain. Supplier Management and governance model, P&L monitoring and control, benefit tracking and continuous improvement including implementation of various initiatives to improve efficiencies and cost reduction in temporary accommodation claims.

Drawing on subject matter expertise, provide end to end category and supplier management of IAG’s travel management company, airline, accommodation, car hire, courier, outsourced mailroom, records management suppliers.Develop and implement IAG travel and logistics category strategy via: category planning, market analysis, benchmarking, process improvement, and implementing technology and various procurement and demand management initiatives.Minimise risk and issues that arise from category contracts, supplier performance and overall category strategyProviding leadership and innovation to ensure IAG’s ability to leverage optimum commercial and service levels from the market place, including working with key IAG stakeholders to ensure that travel and logisitics services are provided as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.Manage operational procurement systems and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement.
