I lead the psychometric work for a large state contract. My work included project management, design and implementation of research studies, statistical analysis, report writing and editing, development of technical documentation, standard setting, equating, vertical scaling, psychometric review as part of the test construction process, meeting with clients, presenting information to technical advisory groups, coordinating and overseeing team activities, creating surveys, and designing and implementing cognitive labs and usability studies. In addition to experience on general academic assessments (including paper/pencil, computer-based, and computer adaptive), I have also had a great deal of experience working on contracts that involved the assessment of special populations (English learners and special education students).
