I believe travel to be a fitting metaphor for design methodology and motivation as they all involve the desire to explore and discover, learn new things, understand other viewpoints and maintain an unrelenting curiosity.My professional journey has taken me along a wonderfully winding path from Marketing Promotions and Operations through Product Management and into my current design role as a problem solver, creative thinker and advocate for the user experience. As a user centered designer, I consider listening, empathy and research among the most valuable skills I use to provide visual, interaction and experience solutions and enhancements for loyalty travel and business travel enterprise software.
