The Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans are $9.5B trust funds established by collective bargaining agreements between various employers and over 40 Unions and Guilds representing employees in the Motion Picture Industry. Provide strategic leadership for meeting and improving the business system needs by delivering best in class technology solutions. Responsible for portfolio of several large and complex in-flight projects, worked collaboratively with clients to prioritize the incoming requests based on the available pool of resources. Built strong alignment and partnership between IT and Corporate Responsibility Executive team to ensure all goals are achieved. I managed a team of 15 including 3 managers in Mexico, China and El Segundo and their staffs with responsibilities to deliver several global multi-million dollar Product Integrity, Consumer Relations and Compliance programs and initiatives. • Formulated IT governance process to support Capital Planning and business strategy and investment• Executive sponsor implementing $3.500,000 Global Laboratory Information Management System in 11 months to 15 locations with 1600 users in Asia, South East Asia, Europe, US and Mexico trained on using the system. This work included defining business requirements, evaluating RFP responses using pre-defined score card, select the vendor and lead the project throughout the implementation.
