I entered this job as a manager in training, and I quickly was certified as a manager, and I became a GM in my first year. In addition to being the GM of my location, I got the opportunity to train employees of five different locations in the franchise. I assisted the franchisee with his fifth store opening, where my assistant manager went to be his next GM for the new location.

I began in banquets and moved to the dining room two years later. I worked my way up from a level one server to a level four server. As a level four server, I assisted my Dining Room Manager with training, special events, and wine and scotch tastings.
