Prior to joining Isakson Living in November 2021 as the Director of Human Resources, she co-founded a premier DEI consulting firm that specialized in HR management and catalyzing strategic initiatives to drive organizational change. She is instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing a best-in-class caregiving team for the Southeast’s premier life plan communities.
