-Record all contributions and make deposits.-Record & file all expense receipts with their proper ministry designation forms. -Gather, Record, & Prepare Bills with Expense forms for signatures by Pastor/Treasurer.-Gather & Prepare Reimbursement Requests.-Reconcile monthly bank & credit card statements with Quickbooks records.-Prepare weekly reports to Elders.-Prepare and send monthly Ministry Team incoming/outgoing budget details.-Prepare monthly Governing Board financial packets.-Payroll for all staff.-Pay & Submit tax reports.-Coordinate annually with ministry teams by gathering their budget proposals for the coming year, consolidate them for the budget committee to review, then adjust as necessary prior to the congregational meeting, and then implement the approved new budget.-Generate annual giving statements to all contributors.-Prepare all year-end tax forms for staff, as well as files/reports/ receipts the accountant requires.-Create online forms for church people to signup for mission trips and other ministry events (retreats, youth events, mission trips, man camp, etc.) and then document of received monies and collaborate with ministry team leaders.

-Utilized my spiritual gifting in administration to organize and run a successful Vacation Bible School for children age 4 through 5th grade in the summers of 2015 & 2016. -Demonstrated ability to implement the overall vision and ideas of the church leadership and pastors.-Showed great time & project management capabilities involved with making this event run smoothly.-Coordinated many details including, but not limited to, the budget (donation requests & purchases needed), creative design & delegation of decoration setup/teardown, and communication with, scheduling of, organizing teams, & then training volunteers.-Used Computer skills, Internet, MS Word, Publisher, and Excel, to create online forms, documents, spreadsheets, and procedure checklists that all aided in the preparatory processes necessary for this week long (2.5hour/night) ministry event to run smoothly and be enjoyed by kids and adults alike (e.g. volunteers, budget, scheduling).

6 Summer Seasons (1998-2000) & (2005-2007)Served as a Sous-chef at a Private guest ranch. I’ve always loved to cook (since I was a child) so this job was a perfect fit! I learned so much working daily side by side with the Chef who was a Culinary Institute of America Graduate. Additionally, I provided Hospitality Services & Kids' Activity Organization as needed which again was a perfect fit with my gifting.
