My responsibilities are to administer the Record Management program to ensure compliance with the multitude of laws affecting records retention and communicate the policies within the organization. My role as Supervisor of Records also included the Administrator of the Contract and Risk Management Insurance Certificate Databases. Additionally, my function included coordinating and administering the Document Disposal policy to the retail locations to ensure data privacy compliance. I strive to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to my internal clients. Additional responsibilities included supervising the Imaging Department and overseeing the daily check distribution, Record Retention budget and expenditure.
