"Love me the most when I deserve it the least, because that's when I need it the most." I try to live by this Swedish proverb even though it is easier said than done. But that's what makes it an interesting journey. Given our current state of affairs not just in the country but also around the globe, it is imperative we change the lens with which we view our worlds. The world without is a reflection of the world within. If we are at peace with ourselves, we are at peace with our world. And if we are at war with ourselves, there’s no way but to be at war with our world. It is said in the ancient Vedantic Indian scriptures: "As is the human body, so is the cosmic body; As is the human mind, so is the cosmic mind; As is the microcosm, so is the macrocosm; As is the atom, so is the universe."And so, for change to happen in the outside world, we have to work on our inside world. Unfortunately, the human mind is one of the most difficult machines to understand. It’s no wonder they say our mind is a bad master but a good slave.I looove demystifying the complexities of the human mind bringing my passion for ancient wisdom combined with my contemporary knowledge and understanding of psychology, behavioral economics, change management, business communications, quantum physics, and analytics to help unleash the human potential and, in doing so, make our world a more beautiful, peaceful, loving, and inclusive place to live in.Being an engineer, an MBA, an award-winning artist/ cartoonist/ painter/ photographer/ musician/ performer, a sportswoman, a communications expert with stints with the military’s Crisis Communications & Emergency Response and psyops, heads of training establishments, a writer for the BusinessWeek and several other industry publications, a thought leader/ presenter at several international conferences, I guess, I am qualified to call myself an all-rounder, a Jill-of-all-trades…☺! I am at my best when a situation or a challenge involves the intersection or conflict of diverging domain expertise. For example, between science or technology and spirituality or metaphysics, between people or organizations and individual or organizational goals, between structure or discipline and flexibility or chaos, and between rational or methodical and irrational or seemingly crazy. If I were to sum up my bio in a sentence, it’d be: “I am a Storyteller and a Choreographer with an Engineer’s and an MBA’s mind, an Artist’s heart, and a Communicator’s soul.”
