•Implement work based learning system to build student awareness and prepare for college and career readiness•Provide students with equitable access to an integrated program that includes rigorous college preparatory core curriculum connected to career technical education•Develop a continuum of grade level college and career opportunities, including internships in targeted industries •Advice students regarding personal, social, and behavioral traits that affect work based learning situations and future options•Provide guidance to students and parents based on internship experiences, provide student interns with information and instruction regarding duties and responsibilities of internship •Conduct workshops for students related to employment and professional skills •Develop strategic partnerships between business and schools for outreach events, activities, and internships•Determine pathway program and industry tech needs and work with partners to align their support to pathway programs•Assist with development of new/restructuring new advisory boards, recruitment of advisory members, and planning advisory board meetings and agendas
