Girlz of the Pee Dee is a nonprofit organization that advocates teaches women and girls how to reach their full potential!Our Mission is: To Educate, Empower and Excite women and girls to become the Future Leaders in our community!Target Popolation: All girls ages 8-18.Location: Florence County and the Pee Dee Region

I supervise a team of amazing individuals across the state of South Carolina and we provide in-person support to persons that need assistance. Viriya Consulting, LLC contracts with SC Housing in order to provide residents of SC an Advocate in their community that will assist them through SC Stay plus such as Rental and Utilities and the Mortgage Rescue program. The teams have been centrally located in libraries and have made connections with community agencies to organize and participate in pop up events in order to assist tenants with completing the online application process. BOTG is a dedicated group bridging the gap between the people of South Carolina and SC Stay Plus. We go where others don't and save lives. Yes, we're literally saving people from facing homelessness! We travel to cities and go into the deep rural areas where most don't have internet access. One client and I quote said "I'll be able to eat a good meal tonight" because her application was approved and she had been skipping meals. The effect SC Stay Plus is having on the community is being felt and seen by many. B.O.T.G. Team Member

​The purpose of Level Up is to provide a constant and stable environment for youth in foster care. The program offers a nurturing curriculum that includes an employment and career-shadowing component, youth-focused workshop series, year-round mentoring and involvement in other Urban Leagues Youth Initiatives.

People Helping People Make a Difference:Pee Dee CAP's Enwrgencey Shelter is a short-term transistional housing program for homeless individuals. (90 days) Our residents gain access to emergency financial assistance for necessary supportive services, referral services, case management, and a safe environment. We want to assist our residents to be Able to become Stable.
