Primarily Responsible for Active Directory Administration and Maintenance which includes creating and termination Windows Active Directly User Accounts, mailbox creations, group policy enforcement. Also deal with Exchange, WAVE Encryption, Backup Exec, MessageLabs/SPAM, Email Archive Administration and Management. Handle Window Server Builds and Divisional.

Primarily responsible for the resolution of Level I hardware, software and networking problems. Acts as the liaison between jobs sites and outside service providers. Maintains regular contact with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with I.T. services.

I am part of a small IT department at the Student Recreation Center. We provide end user computer support to over 150 user and maintain the computer network/Infrastructure which is made up of over 150 computer, laptops, and other network devices.

I officiated sports within the department as well as outside the university for local associations, High schools, Middle Schools.

This was a seasonal job, every fall at the begging of school, Campus IT would hire computer support staff from all ove campus to come help with the incoming freshmen to set up there computer for dorm use by making sure their computers were in compliance with University Standards
