At Ivy Rose, my primary roles are customer service duties such as helping customers. In addition to customer service roles, I am also in charge of helping create and post photos to their social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook.

Worked as the social media coordinator for the student-ran CSU magazine, College Ave Mag. The magazine is a part of the CSU student media organization. I was responsible for posting to and maintaining their social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. I created, edited, and posted all of the content throughout my time working with the organization.

As an On-Call Community Assistant (CA) at Ram's Village, I have many duties. This includes helping with marketing and outreach (I help manage the Instagram account and assist with resident events), office administration work (lease signings and helping with paperwork), and customer service (helping residents and answering the phone and emails). In addition to these responsibilities, when I am on call, I am the first point of contact for residents when an emergency occurs, which has taught me a lot about crisis management.

I was promoted twice during my time with the company--the first time I was promoted to key holder and then later to manager. Through my time working at Journeys, I learned many valuable skills regarding leadership and being in a managerial role within a company. Additionally, I reinforced my customer service and sales skills.
