I am a commercial lawyer with extensive experience in general corporate advisory, supporting clients with their cross-border business and M&A transactions, working closely with GCs and compliance offices of MNCs across Asia. In my concurrent role as Head of Japan Desk, I am responsible for growing the firm’s Japanese client network. Together with my colleagues at Dentons, and along with our local connections, we market Southeast Asia to our Japanese clients and help them conduct their business with confidence in this region.
