The Passenger Service Agent is responsible to check-in passengers using computerized check-in software for international and domestic travel, designate seat assignments, verify documentation for international and domestic flights, ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight, verify ticket and seat reservations, match manifest to onboard count, assist with various governmental agency requirements, connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary, announce arrivals and departures as necessary, assists with baggage tagging and bagging claim report, maintain current knowledge of all flight times during a shift, provide information to customers, maintain liaison with Airlines and Customer Representatives and Ground Handlers, and other small office tasks.

Grill & Chill Worker execute all customer service operations, ensuring all prepared products meet the restaurant standards of quality and excellence.Grill & Chill Workers communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers, they are pleasant and alert to customer needs, they greet guests as they enter the restaurant, complete customer transactions quickly and accurately, process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift, assemble and deliver the order to customers quickly and efficiently, keep entire work area clean and sanitary throughout a shift, prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines when needed, operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment and registers properly and safely, complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area, stock and execute proper rotation of products, assist with end of day cleaning, work as a “team” member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer, inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance, perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
