This app allowed users to earn and redeem AirAsia BIG points for flights, resulting in 1.3 million downloads and 1 million active users to date. Additionally, we revamped the AirAsia BIG website to enhance its value proposition, driving a 76% increase in flight redemptions and a 183% revenue boost from redemptions.Our team also introduced non-airline products for points issuance and redemption, collaborating with partners such as FAVE and Go-Jek.
