With a background in digital & multimedia design, I started my career as a graphic and interactive designer, collaborating with clients across diverse industries, including telecommunications, automotive, banking, insurance, and FMCG. As my professional journey evolved, I assumed key positions in renowned enterprises, serving as the Head of Product at AirAsia Rewards, Vice President for Loyalty at Green Packet, and Head of Rewards at Astro Malaysia.Currently, I am privileged to hold the position of Chief Product Officer at Galaxy Joy, where I manage the loyalty product for VietjetAir and HDBank. This app allowed users to earn and redeem AirAsia BIG points for flights, resulting in 1.3 million downloads and 1 million active users to date. Additionally, we revamped the AirAsia BIG website to enhance its value proposition, driving a 76% increase in flight redemptions and a 183% revenue boost from redemptions.Our team also introduced non-airline products for points issuance and redemption, collaborating with partners such as FAVE and Go-Jek.
