I tutor a wide range of students from Year 4 to Year 12 from both government and private schools, from a variety of suburbs from Nedlands to Rockingham. I tutor English, Maths and HaSS, adjusting teaching style based on student needs and ability. I also communicate student development with parents, following up on learning progress, and ensuring the content my students receive is relevant and useful.

I was a member of the Labour Movement Internship, a program that has been running continuously since 1996. Over five weeks, I completed placements with the ministerial office of the Hon Don Punch MLA and the electorate office of the Hon Patrick Gorman MP. These placements gave me an insight into policy development, government strategy, speech writing and community research. In addition, I completed placements with the Australian Workers Union and Health Services Union, which gave me insight into the importance of employer engagement as well as wage policies on affecting the wellbeing of workers in different industries.

Economics Intern with US Consulate in Perth, Western Australia. I was responsible for conducting research into critical mineral projects in Western Australia, creating and maintaining a readable spreadsheet of projects across the state. This spreadsheet was completed in conjunction with a report that was subsequently used to brief US diplomats in both Canberra and Washington DC. I also performed administrative duties by confirming and proofreading visitor schedules, as well as writing briefs about people whom US diplomats could expect to meet with.
