As EVP in Oppstar. My current role involve in establishing and growing the Silicon Validation businesses for the company. I previously involved in Intel CPU & SoC product design & development. As the Intel Validation Engineering Malaysia Site Manager , I managed a team of directors, senior manager & technical leads to deliver Intel next generation client product. As a staff member of Malaysia Design Center (MDC) , my key charter was to hire new talents (across the globe) to support the growth of the group A highly discipline and self-initiative executive with extensive experience in Intel IA Cores, chipset, SOC pre-silicon and post silicon engineering.- Participated & delivered 30+ Intel chipset product- Participated & delivered 30+ CPU SOCs based Netbook, Smartphone, Tablet , client and Micro-Server product.- Participated & delivered 10+ Intel IA CPU family- Posed quality leadership and excellent people manager skill- Leading department & site level Hiring , People & Great Place To Work activities.
