1. Taught English to over 150 rural students in a high-needs school in Lubok Buntar, Kedah in the course of 2 years.2. Improved the class average for the final year English exam by more than 12% in 4 classes in 2015.3. Initiated and led the establishment of the #EmasCommunityProject, which encourages 100 community members create a conducive after-school learning environment independently.4. Represented the Fellows' voices through the 3 members Fellowship Advisory Board, by improving communication lines between the organization and the Fellows5. Represented Teach For Malaysia in the Global Teaching Summit in Miri, Sarawak in May, 2016 as a Malaysian delegate.

KEEPING FINANCIAL RECORDS- Ensure financial records are current and up to date and there is a regular reporting system in place. - Perform weekly reconciliation of bank transactions.INVOICING CLERK- Chase up any invoices for outstanding services and also chase up purchase orders which have not been paid.- Manage cash flow and use the financial information for BMEG's business strategy and business forecasting.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER- Perform weekly accounts payable responsibility in paying all the actors, singers, dancers that has worked during the week.- Detailed book keeping duties.

MANAGE PRODUCTION TEAM- This includes working closely with creative team (Director, Assistant Directors, Teachers, Choreographers, Dancers, Designers) , done in consultation with the company director. - Liaising with the General Managers, Production Manager, Front of house staff (such as the house manager, box office, ushers, etc.) and backstage personnel (stage hands, electrician, carpenter, etc.)SPONSORSHIP MANAGER AND SUPERVISE BUDGETING PROCESS- Working together with company directors, we set price tickets, performance dates and times and develops a marketing and advertising strategy for the production. - Work closely with different teams (Marketing, production, directing etc) in managing the campaigns and activities according to budget.TEACHING ARTIST- Facilitate 90 minutes workshops to high school students throughout Queensland. Assist in teaching Shakespearean Characters, Greek Theatre, Methods of Acting and Performance Art through creative collaboration work. Work together with Senior teacher, I facilitate learning and participation for classes range between 8- 30 students.

As a theatre collective, we are interested in experimental theatre, mixing forms and techniques. By investigating in contemporary actors training, we constantly challenge the definition and the format of theatre. I have worked as a producer, teaching artist and performance maker with the company. Throughout my part time work, I strive to provide rich sensual experience for both the audience and performers. My aim is to introduce theatre as a element to promote change and possibilities.

Malaysian Students' Council of Australia is the non-profit organisation affiliated with the Malaysian Student Department in Australia. It act as an umbrella body to unite the myriad array of Malaysian students studying in Australia. My job as the IT director is to improve communication and dissemination of information to all Malaysian who is interested or currently studying in Australia through the official website. I was directly responsible in answering all the queries directed to the MASCA National Website. MASCA National officers work closely with officers in 6 MASCA States and 2 MASCA territories in Australia.
