22 years in training. 😊 Started as a language & communication coach. Over the years thanks to heading the NGO that I helped to start and thus working with more than 100 staff, I was able to gain hands-on experience in core skills from leadership to team building, performance improvement to work life balance. I have learnt a lot & have documented most of my learning. The classes I take are based on the knowledge & experience I gained over the last 22 years. I have happily managed to put together modules that are unique & based on tried & tested methods. The NGO I co-founded & continue to head, works in resource recovery & recycling. I have convinced entire communities of over 20000 people to take responsibility for the waste they generate & change their behaviour. That I guess is proof enough for change that can be brought about through communication & training. 😊
