Worked as Techno-Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for a leading Beverage manufacturer-owned B2B e-commerce application. Responsible for functional documentation, knowledge acquisition from previous vendor, fit/gap analysis and requirement analysis.Worked as Techno-Functional Consultant for a major discount retailer from North America. Responsible to lead the sales processing & operational support of Oracle Cloud hosted Oracle ReSA application. Daily connect with Business leadership from DC & Warehouse on status of WMS v/s Oracle RMS inventory variances. Lead month-end & Quarter end sales processing reporting. Took internal certifications on Oracle Database, PL/SQL and Oracle ReSA RMS systems as part of enabling Clients transition to Oracle Cloud from Legacy Mainframe enterprise system.Took active role in Client's cloud migration activity and related de-commissioning of Legacy system. Took up quality assurance testing and UAT testing for selected modules which where modernized as part of Cloud migration.Involved in L2 & L3 support of Clients modernized Sales validation, Sales Auditing (ReSA) and Inventory Management (RMS) systems. During this tenure took up application development and support, unit testing and knowledge documentation activities concerning legacy real estate data maintenance system running on on-premise Mainframe Enterprise system. Developed and implemented automations using Python, Unix shell script and Microsoft VBA & Excel Macros to ease business activities that used legacy green screens.
