Was handled resource team of 6 to meet the daily requirements. Responsible for Bills of Lading files, Manifest filing, MBL Instructions, pre alerts, post-shipment assistance, overseas communication, Shipper and client management.

Was in the role of executive operation for more than 1 year, During my training period I experienced the Import-Export operation procedures involved in the customs clearance. Later headed the Export EDI department for more than 1 year and handled 6 operation staff to meet up the daily requirement of export customs clearance procedure, priorities the works accordingly to meet the urgency. thereafter handled Import coordination with shipping line and shipper/forwarder. During this period I trained number of new recruitees.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Handling export shipment and documentation process. Undertaking the assigned jobs on urgency and on the priority basis. Pre and Post shipment assistance to the shipper. Solving the problems related to the documentation at the time of clearance, if any. Ensures proper allocation of human resources to meet the daily activities. Using Custom EDI system and ODeX software for Export / Import shipment activities.  Handling Import consignment coordination with clients and shipping line Convert cold sales leads to positive  Managing the training and development of new recruitees.

Responsible for revenue generation, Creation of new accounts, handling existing clients, Issue booking space for loading.LCL&FCL,Air shipment lead generation. Pre and Post-shipment assistance to the shippers.
