NATURE OF WORK:  Analyzing the Gerber files and Technical specifications sent by the customer. Identifying the critical and important aspects of the design and deciding the manufacturability of the PCB. Quotation. Check design for acceptable minimums – track width, track spacing, pad to track spacing , minimum drill size & annular ring, Mask preparation, Silk preparation. Modifying the design as per customer specific requirement for Impedance jobs, blind via and Buried via jobs, Gold plating jobs, Jump scoring jobs, Complex routing jobs, Depth routing job. Recommended changes in PCB build-up to get required impedance, Suggest build-up acc. to customer requirement thickness and viability of material stock in-house. Stack up creation using multi calculator software in order to achieve required PCB thickness . Calculation of impedance on polar software and speed stack for build-up construction and give suggestion to customer for build-up and impedance. Palletizing the job and Panellizing as per customer requirement. Generating Automatic Optical Inspection output and Electrical Testing net list. Coordinating with the customer regarding the technical issues. Training others to work on U-CAM and the process of PCB manufacturing. Implementing projects & documentation of customer requirements. Quality checks of the modified designs before sending to customer. ATG and PROBOT electrical test program. DFM report (Design For Manufacturability) Creating route profile, Drill drawing and Mechanical drawings. Generating Drill & routing programs. Elecrical test programs using Cam Master and Probe master. Generating ATG & Emma program for two different machines.

• Worked for INPUT/DRC team as a team member. Here the responsibilities were to making input of customer data (design), and to checking DFM (Data for Manufacturing). The criteria like Spacing, Tolerance, mask criteria according to plant standards.• Worked for E-Test as a team member. Here the “ipc” Netlist will be generated to check connectivity within the nets. The OPEN and SHORT testing will ensure the result. Basic data has to be prepared in Engg. Toolkit GENESIS. And “ipc” is generated using ADAM software.
