Hands on experience in Cisco Routers& switches? Hands on priority level complaints.? IP networking using Dynamic and static routing.? Hands on Experience in Customer Support through teams and mails.? Responsible to work with all technology team member to insure proper maintenance of theLAN, Wireless, MAN and WAN voice and data networks.? Complete on site Diagnostics and service calls? Perform preventive maintanance? Handle on client in priority based incidents? Hands on LAN,WAN Networks Skils in? Mostly handle on Cisco devices.
