• Project management & execution, which includes planning, budgeting, procurements, executing, monitoring, controlling and project completion.
• Executing the site activities from mobilization till final handover.
• Preparing and following up with request for inspection, arranged monthly payments for work done and materials required at site, designed / organized material and drawing submittals thus provided guidance to the project.
• Prepare estimates, Bill of quantity (BOQ) and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Project team management, process improvements, maximizing resources and optimizing budgets. Customer satisfaction, Manpower requirements, timely execution, resource management, cost management, support sales teams.
• Monitoring and Coordinating overall work plan for all ongoing. projects to ensure work is assigned and completed on time without compromising on quality (Work Flow Management).
