CurrentDuties & Responsibilities-Scope clarification and draft work break down-Preparation of mobilization plan for resources in align with execution budget and client requirement-Coordination with various disciplines to ensure smooth flow towards TA readiness and execution plan-Detailed scope study to prepare master schedule frame work and segregation of work scope within the project team-Assist management to mobilize subcontractors and vendors and coordinate with them for deliverables and mobilization-Close monitoring of resources and daily activities and overall performance of TA team-Daily monitoring of Cost in term of budget consumption and forecast-Preparation of progress monitoring sheets for the overall TA execution program and readiness-Update daily progress and generate report-Close monitoring of hired resources and resource usage-Carry out regular site visit and monitor site activities and productivity
