I am a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and over five years of professional experience at major OEMs. I am driven to solve real-world engineering challenges by leveraging my advanced academic background and extensive industry expertise. My core competencies include proficiency in advanced CAD tools such as CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, Creo, SolidWorks, and NX, along with a proven ability to address complex engineering issues through root cause analysis (RCA) and failure prevention using DFMEA documentation.Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to the design and development of various subsystems, including tooling fixtures, bus body structures, exhaust, chassis, and fuel systems. My experience spans a diverse range of manufacturing processes and components, such as CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal, plastics, and castings. My typical responsibilities have included 3D CAD modeling, 2D drafting, design validation planning (DVP), prototype testing, FEA, cross-functional collaboration, and ECN releases. In academia, I have worked on innovative projects such as an injection-molded EV battery pack, a membrane-less fuel cell, a 3D-printed one-way bearing, an anti-slip dog bowl, and an elbow implant. With a passion for mechanical design and manufacturing, I am actively seeking full-time opportunities to contribute my expertise and creativity to engineering solutions that make a tangible impact.
