The ability to combine art and medicine has been my dream since I began in the aesthetics industry (specifically laser hair removal) in 2003. I'm a nationally board-certified and Maine state licensed Physician Assistant who has been practicing as a PA since January 2010. My dedication to excellence began with my academic career at 14 years old when I left home to attend the prestigious Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in Aurora, IL followed by the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. After 10+ years working in both the corporate business environment and managing a medical aesthetics spa, I realized my true gift was in patient care. I returned to East Carolina University in 2007 to pursue my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduating from ECU in 2009, I relocated to the North Shore of Boston to study FacialPlastics and Otolaryngology with seven renowned surgeons. My supervising physician Dr. David Chrzanowski is an otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon and I gained immense knowledge in facial anatomy and aesthetics in addition to skincare science. My background in facial plastics/head and neck surgery combined with my desire to make people feel good about themselves led me to pursue aesthetic medicine. I seem to attract patients who feel young inside and want to enhance their outward appearance to match their inner, vivacious selves. My favorite tools are neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. The best injectable is undetectable so I encourage and assist patients in pursuing a naturally enhanced look.
